Mr. Gurudas Kamat, Minister of State for Home Affairs and Communications & Information Technology, Govt. of India, released a set 6 stamps on legendary heroines of India at a function in New Delhi on Sunday evening 13.2.2011, in the presence of yesteryear heroines Vyjayantimala Bali, Asha Parekh and other distinguished guests. Smt. Radhika Doraiswamy, Secretary, Department of Posts was also present during the occasion, as part of INDIPEX 2011 – the World Philately Exhibition. |
